Cancellation Within 14 Days
A $200.00 USD cancellation fee is applied to cancellations made within 14 days of the start of a workshop or conference. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Remaining credit can be applied to a future ETAP workshops.

Attendees scheduled for a 5-day workshop that need to cancel during within 14 days of the start of a workshop or conference may switch to a 3-day course at no cost.

Any difference in course fees for future workshops (same length of time) is waived.
