Electrical Power Engineer – Library Team
Position Summary
The Electrical Power Engineer’s primary responsibility on the consulting team is to manage the ETAP device library.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To support ETAP development activities including product support, software testing, and other related tasks
- To research, add, verify & validate ETAP device libraries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in electrical power systems
- Computer Skills related to creation of reports and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Capability to research, interpret and utilize electrical manufacturer technical manuals, datasheets & characteristic curves
- Capability to utilize standard engineering and mathematical concepts and principles in the design, and testing of software components
Education
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (power elective courses preferred)
- M.S. in Power System Engineering (preferred)
