Farrokh Shokooh founded Operation Technology, Inc. in 1986 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was a staff engineer for Fluor Corporation and Barbay Engineers, Inc. Dr. Shokooh has served on the faculty of Louisiana State University and University of California, Irvine. He is a Fellow of IEEE and a recipient of IEEE Third Millennium Medal. He is an active member of IEEE subcommittees and working groups. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.
