Topic:   This month’s user group presentation will cover the initial and crucial steps in setting up a real time project. Starting with the modeling of a power system in ETAP, it will follow with an introduction to SCADA and OPC Servers. Also discussed will be tag mapping of multi-meters, protective devices, and control system archiving and databases, including setting up Microsoft SQL Server. At the end, attendees will see the designed project online along with its different ETAP Real-Time tools.
