Workshop Description

  • The purpose of this introductory hands-on workshop is to learn electrical power system modeling & analysis using ETAP software.
  • This workshop covers a range of ETAP functionalities used to design & solve various power system practical problems.
  • It begins with the basics of one-line diagram creation, data entry, and quickly expands the users’ knowledge to include methods to automatically perform multiple ‘what if’ studies using multiple scenarios. The course includes modelling, Harmonics, Transient Analysis, Motor Acceleration, Underground Thermal Analysis / Duct Banks, and Ground Grid Studies.

NOTE:    This workshop starts at 9:00 AM, México Standard Time (CDT).

Access to ETAP license shall be provided to the participants who opt for the hands-on training option for the duration of training period.

Requirements:

  • Windows 10 Computer (i5+ CPU)
  • Win10Pro 64bit OS
